What we eat

Healthy! A child’s diet has a direct impact on his/her concentration and discipline. Learners bring lunch from home. They have two breaks to eat. First break is for healthy lunch; sandwiches, noodles, pap, juice, water etc. and second break learners are allowed to eat biscuit or crisps. No sweets! Learners only get something sweet to eat when it is baking and making or a friend’s birthday. They are also allowed to buy a sweetie from tuck shop every Friday.
